Minimal lecture and maximum class involvement

Working through one of three case studies, participants collaborate with the project team, learning how to apply this robust collaborative method to create a project plan that is aligned with the PMBOK® (Project Management Body of Knowledge).

Case study options

Illustrated Agenda Day 1

Day 1 covers the project overview, project charter, human resources management and scope management.

Illustrated Agenda Day 2

Day 2 begins with a review of Day 1, continues with project scope management, and covers risk management, time management, cost and staffing, assembling executing and closing the project.
