Paula is CEO of the Matrix Management Institute and our Chief Creative Officer.
She’s the primary developer of the Matrix Management 2.0™ organizational operating system and the author of the Matrix Management 2.0™ Body of Knowledge.
Paula has worked with matrix organizations for over 25 years helping them create project systems, develop organizational management systems, and define matrix structures that support their business strategies. She’s realigned and reengineered their business processes, worked with their leadership teams to enhance performance and helped them define accountability. As the Director of Product & Service Development, Paula focuses on discovering and addressing the needs of matrix organizations around the globe.
Paula is the author of Matrix Management Reinvented: Book 1-The New Game in Town, Managing Projects in a Matrix, Matrix Management Reinvented: Book 2-The 7 Shifts Needed to Be a Successful Leader and eight other titles related to organizational improvement and matrix management.
Cathy is Managing Director of the Matrix Management Institute.
She’s a key contributor to the Matrix Management 2.0™ Body of Knowledge, co-developer of the Matrix Management 2.0™ organizational operating system and our lead developer.
Cathy has worked with matrix organizations for over 10 years helping them define horizontal governance structures, create project systems, and develop collaborative leadership skills. As Managing Director, her goal is to help organizations and practitioners adopt the skills and methods they need to succeed in their matrix organizations.
Cathy is a Matrix Management 2.0™ Master Consultant (CMMC™—MOL) and the author of several books on matrix management including most recently, Managing Projects in a Matrix, which she co-authored with Paula.
Jason Myers is the Chief Marketing Officer at the Matrix Management Institute, leading the demand generation and business development efforts.
Most recently with Sales Engine Media, Jason drove the entire sales and marketing efforts for the agency where he integrated content marketing best practices and developed new product offerings for its clients.
He was also the founder and editor of Texas CEO Magazine in Austin, Texas where he developed innovative roundtable models and other events to generate revenue beyond advertising.
Jason has a BS in Business Communications from the University of Kansas and has developed extensive experience working with companies on how content can be used to drive demand and create sales conversations.
