She’s the primary developer of the Matrix Management 2.0™ organizational operating system and the author of the Matrix Management 2.0™ Body of Knowledge.
Paula has worked with matrix organizations for over 25 years helping them create project systems, develop organizational management systems, and define matrix structures that support their business strategies. She’s realigned and re-engineered their business processes, worked with their leadership teams to enhance performance and helped them define accountability. As the Director of Product & Service Development, Paula focuses on discovering and addressing the needs of matrix organizations around the globe.
Paula is the author of Matrix Management Reinvented: Book 1-The New Game in Town, Managing Projects in a Matrix, Matrix Management Reinvented: Book 2-The 7 Shifts Needed to Be a Successful Leader and eight other titles related to organizational improvement and matrix management.
Cathy is the Managing Director of the Matrix Management Institute.
Cathy Cassidy has more than 15 years of business consulting experience, working with governments, as well as public and private organizations. She helps businesses and institutions operationalize their matrix organizations, define horizontal governance structure, create project systems, and develop collaborative leadership skills.
As the Managing Director of the International Matrix Management Institute, Cathy helps organizations and practitioners adopt the skills and methods they need to succeed in today’s complex, dynamic environment. She is a Matrix Management 2.0™ Master Consultant and the author of several books on matrix management, including her most recent publication, Managing Projects in a Matrix. She is a key contributor to the Matrix Management 2.0™ Body of Knowledge, co-developer of the Matrix Management 2.0™ organizational operating system, and a lead developer for the company.
Jason is the Chief Marketing Officer of the Matrix Management Institute, leading the demand generation and business development efforts.
Most recently with Sales Engine Media, Jason drove the entire sales and marketing efforts for the agency where he integrated content marketing best practices and developed new product offerings for its clients.
He was also the founder and editor of Texas CEO Magazine in Austin, Texas where he developed innovative roundtable models and other events to generate revenue beyond advertising.
Jason has a BS in Business Communications from the University of Kansas and has developed extensive experience working with companies on how content can be used to drive demand and create sales conversations.
