Cathy Cassidy

Cathy Cassidy is the Managing Director of the Matrix Management Institute. She is a co-developer of the Matrix Management 2.0 Operating System. She is a key contributor to the Matrix Management 2.0™ Body of Knowledge and the author of several books on matrix management, including Managing Projects in a Matrix.

Cathy works directly with clients in operationalizing their matrix organizations, defining horizontal governance structure, creating project systems, and developing collaborative leadership skills they need to succeed in today’s complex, dynamic environment.
